We will have an energizing Vinyasa flow with a little kick for muscle strengthening while always tuning in to what feels good for you. Enjoy some MC Yogi vibes in our music flow and then relax into a long Savasana with lavender aromas.
We have hosted several retreats at Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast and are in the process of scheduling one for late spring/early summer.
